πŸ•― Pen, Paper, & Heart: Legacy

76 Collections. One Book. A lifetime of poetry and preservation.

About the Project

Pen, Paper, & Heart: Legacy is a long-form literary and archival experiment by Elijah A. Bland (E. A. Bland), built to span decades. The mission: to create 76 unique collections of Found Poetry, using only a single source book β€” without ever destroying a page.

Through this commitment to non-destructive poetic transformation, the project explores the tension between permanence and impermanence, preservation and creation, constraint and liberation.

Objectives

Methodology

All poems arise from one source text, carefully selected for its depth and texture. Through constraint comes clarity β€” only words and phrases from that original book are used to construct every collection. Nothing is torn, nothing erased. Only discovered.

What’s Ahead

Support & Collaborate

This is a lifelong creative vow β€” but it’s also a community call. If you’re a reader, a publisher, a poet, a technologist, or just curious about what literature can become β€” this is your invitation to reach out.

The project is open to partnerships, exhibitions, technology integrations, and more.
